Menus feature Symon signatures such as his award-winning Fat Doug burger with coleslaw, pastrami, stadium mustard and swiss cheese; Pulled Pork sandwich with coffee BBQ sauce, creamy coleslaw and pickles; and Potato & Cheese Pierogi with kielbasa, griddled onions and mustard sour cream. The airport eatery is equipped with power outlets at every table and bar stool as well as flight status screens to allow passengers to connect and keep tabs on their flight during their meal.
